Building Team
Service and doing are how we love best. Whether it is inside the walls of the church working on the walls (or plumbing, or electrical, or whatever), or outside the church helping with homes, lawns, etc., our calling is to serve the practical needs of people.
Ministry Specifics:
The building team takes care of the physical plant of the church. We do light maintenance, build sets/stages, put up wall panels, repair walls and floors, and do general handyman duty.
Outside of the church the team is responsible for coordinating "70’s" projects. A "70" is named after the times when Jesus sent out his disciples to manifest the kingdom of God. Our version of a "70" is a combination of prayer and service. We do service projects all over the place with a commitment to prayer first. We have installed lights at the ministry center at Pearl Lane, pressure washed buildings, cleared gardens, and repaired leaks in basements.

If you have skills that you are confident in or just want to participate, please respond to any invitation to a "70" on the calendar or in the announcements. You can also contact the team leaders and let them know of your interest should anything come up.
