Mission Ministry Team
Scripture commands us to "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15). Going into all the world is a privilege and a command that we take seriously. The Mission Team of Open Table oversees the mission focus of the church with a dedication on the contact and care of the people we support around the world.
Ministry Specifics:
Open Table supports 17 missionary families around the world. In addition to the care and prayer of these families and individuals we also plan, organize, and implement a series of missions emphasis events throughout the year. We host and support the missionaries when they come home. The team talks with and helps to prepare those called to the mission field. In addition, the team also organizes and oversees all Short-term mission trips.
Ways to get involved:
Anyone interested in international missions and caring for people who are serving as missionaries is invited to be part of the team.
